Obituary for Jack T. Henry
Jack T. Henry, age 75, of Ridge Farm, IL passed away on Monday, August 4, 2014 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN. He was born January 26, 1939 at Danville, IL. to Lewis L. and Geneive L. (Johnston) Henry. He married Nila Spesard at the Chrisman Methodist Church on October 28, 1961 in Chrisman, Il, she survives. He is also survived by two daughters. Kristie Ruppe of Chrisman, Kellie (Tom) Will of Georgetown; one granddaughter, Ashton (Nick) Powell of Ridge Farm; one grandson, Blaise Henry of Goshen, In; and two step grandchildren, Jacelyn Calbeck and Justin Blair both of Goshen, IN; three brothers Jim (Connie) Henry of Chrisman, Gary (Renee) Henry of Hume, and Mike (Theresa) Henry of Chrisman; and two sisters, Jo (Larry) Cox of Chrisman, and Judy (Jim) Ash of Danville. Preceded in death by his parents, and one son, Scott Henry. Jack enjoyed spending time with his family, restoring antique cars, and frequent visits to the coffee shops.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Krabel Funeral Home in Chrisman. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hoult Cemetery. For those who wish, memorials may be made to the Jack Henry Education Memorial Fund at the Chrisman First National Bank.
