Obituary for William Henry Lowe
William Henry Lowe, age 78, of Sidell, IL, died Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville, IL. William was born May 14, 1944, in Paris, IL to William F. and Rowena Denmar (Bennett) Lowe. He married Barbara Joan Decker on June 26, 1972; she survives. He is also survived by a son, William H. Lowe II (Marguerita) of Kingman, AZ; a brother Bruce Lowe (Debbie) of Chrisman, IL; and a granddaughter, Leah Lowe. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter, Melissa Kay Lowe. William had lived in Sidell for twenty years, having previously lived in Catlin and Chrisman. He worked as a farmer and enjoyed gardening and fishing. A graveside funeral will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Sidell, IL. For those who wish, memorials in William’s honor may be made to his family.
