Obituary for Stephen Pedigo
Steven G. Pedigo, age 65, of Oakland, IL, and formerly of Brocton, IL, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.

Steve was born December 21, 1949 in Charleston, IL to Glenn and Wilma (Seeley) Pedigo. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War. He was retired from the Laborer’s International Union. Steve was instrumental in start-up of the Vineyard Church in Charleston, and more recently attended First Assembly of God in Paris. Steve was a great, long-winded storyteller and a joker with a quick wit. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, horses and photography; he loved learning and serving in church. He was also a proud uncle who loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by a sister: Barbara Board of Hume, IL; a nephew: David (Monica) Board of Hume, IL; three great-nieces: Darci Winkler, Margo Winkler and Toni Board; and one great-nephew: Cole Board.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Krabel Funeral Home in Oakland. Friends are invited to remain after the conclusion of the service to fellowship and share memories of Steve. For those who wish, memorials may be made to Paris First Assembly of God or Charleston Vineyard Church.
