Obituary for Philip Allan Stultz
Philip Allan Stultz, age 71, of Georgetown, IL, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 20, 2015 at his home.
Philip was born on February 25, 1943 in Cedar Lake, IN to Willie E. Stultz and Edna Mae (Stoops) Stultz. He married Barbara Jean Conner on February 12, 1993 in Dana, IN.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters; Anita (Shane) Spicer of Georgetown, IL, and Chrissy (John) Ferguson of Danville, KY; a step-daughter, Debbie Besherse, of Clinton, IN, a brother, John Stultz of Ridge Farm, IL; a sister, Ann Ferrante of Chrisman, IL; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
For more than 50 years, Philip was an iron worker for the Local 380, and he served as a Love Township Trustee. He loved square dancing, bowling, and woodworking. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Krabel Funeral Home in Chrisman. The funeral service will be held at Krabel Funeral Home in Chrisman on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Bono Cemetery, in rural Dana, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Georgetown, or the Georgetown First Church of Christ.
