Mackenzi Krystyna White, age 54, of Oakland, IL, died June 20, 2023, at her home.
Mackenzi was born Christine Juanita Stark, August 12, 1968, in Charleston, IL, to Dale Edward Stark and Juanita (Sands) Cain.
She is survived by three children: Zachary Beaman (Tina Hinz) of Mowequa, IL, Dakota Beaman of Oakland, IL, and Destini (Jason) Everlen of Moweaqua, IL; her mother and stepfather: Juanita and Raymond Cain of Godfrey, IL; three sisters: Renee (John) Suprenant of Kankakee, IL, Rhonda (Monie) Palmer of East Alton, IL, and Tawnya (Mark) Hackler of Springfield, IL; a boyfriend: Shawn Hanners of Oakland, IL; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and a great-great niece. She was preceded in death by her father and her spouse: Randy Beaman.
Despite Mackenzi being Christina’s legal name, she was known by all who knew and loved her as Christina, Chrissy or Chris. Christina was a creative, sensitive, independent and intelligent soul who loved fiercely and who challenged anyone she thought was standing in her way. She loved to laugh but could also be as fiery as her beautiful auburn locks. She enjoyed crafts, gardening and music and dearly loved her family and her dog, Piper. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her and enjoyed her unique personality and wit.
