Obituary for Larry Leonard Hoult
Larry Leonard Hoult, age 67, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 in Paris, IL. Larry was born on February 23, 1946 to John Roger and Lois Louticia (Hurst) Hoult in Danville, IL. On June 5, 1964 he married Susan Kay Coonce at the Chrisman United Methodist Church. He was a lifelong resident of Chrisman and was a member of the Chrisman Christian Church. He worked at Hyster for 33 years as a final assembler. After retiring there, he worked in maintenance at Highview and Tanner Homes in Paris, IL. Larry enjoyed riding his motorcycle, making jerky, cooking and spending any precious moment with his grandchildren and family. Larry was a very active member of Camel Club of Danville, IL; Club Soda and Club Gobi both of Terre Haute, IN and Triangle Club of Paris, IL; where he was dedicated to service at both local and state levels. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Susie; one daughter, Patricia (Dale) Ferrante of Paris, IL; one son, Joe (Carol Brown) Hoult of Chrisman, IL; one sister, Loretta (John) Hale; one aunt, Zelma Garver of Chrisman, IL; four grandchildren: Jakob (Shelby) Hoult, Dalton Hoult, Kristen Hoult and Kirkland “Andy” Hoult all of Chrisman, IL and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 17, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Krabel Funeral Home in Chrisman. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hoult Cemetery. For those who wish, memorials may be made to Club Soda.
