Helen Irene Baldwin, age 82 of Chrisman, IL went home to be with the Lord on December 9, 2020 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
Helen was born February 2, 1938 in Chrisman to James and Phoebe (Craig) Miller. She married Dale Herald Baldwin on June 3, 1956 and they enjoyed 58 years of marriage together before his passing in 2014.
Helen was a lifelong resident of Chrisman. She was a member of Chrisman Christian Church and enjoyed reading, working on puzzles, cross-stitching, cooking, and listening to country music.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband and her daughter: Lisa Renee Krabel.
She is survived by her son: Ronald Dale Baldwin and his wife, Tammy, of Tacoma, WA; a son-in-law: Ray Krabel of Chrisman, IL; and five sisters: Esther Arlene (Roy) Bergwald of Perrysville, IN; Nancy Ellen Bischler of Henry, IL; Debra Kay (Jim) Mitchell of Ridge Farm, IL; Linda Carol (Jeff) Holloway of Charleston, IL; and Terry Lee Taber of Kansas, IL.
A graveside funeral will be held Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Paris Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
