Donnie owned Woody’s Shoe Repair and later had a Chainsaw Repair Shop. Don was a member of the Oakland Christian Church, where he served both as deacon and elder for many years. He also served his community as a volunteer firefighter for over thirty years. He enjoyed gardening, camping, fishing, splitting wood and cutting trees, swimming, and going to auctions. He especially loved spending time with his kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.
