Obituary for Deanna Lynn Hollingsworth

Deanna Lynn Hollingsworth, age 55 of Tuscola, IL, died Thursday, January 12, 2023, at her home.


Deanna was born July 8, 1967 in Gibson City, IL, to Wayne Dean (Patti) Derby and Sandra Joyce (Rick) Anderson. She grew up in Metcalf, Illinois and attended Shiloh in Hume, Illinois. Deanna enjoyed reading novels, watching True Crime shows on television, and playing word games such as Scrabble, Pictionary, Scattergories, and Crossword puzzles. She married Brent Allen Hollingsworth on February 6, 2003.


She is survived by her husband; her parents; and her six children: Austin Tyler Coombes of Paris, IL, Megan Nichole Coombes of Charleston, IL; Dalton Dean Corning of Tuscola, IL; Shelby Lynn (Duffy) Cleland of Oakland, IL; Whitney Hollingsworth, and Wade Hollingsworth; two brothers: Chris (Melinda) Sims and Scott (Danielle) Derby; three sisters: Shannon (Tim) Weddle, Lori Seiler, and Amber (Jeff) Dodd; and ten grandchildren.


A Celebration of Life with a memorial dinner for immediate and extended family will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Hume Community Center. Online messages of sympathy may be left at www.krabelfuneralhome.com.
