David Robert Lydick, age 73, of Lake Saint Louis, MO, passed away peacefully at his home on March 16, 2021.
David was born March 30, 1947 in Harrisburg, PA, the son of David Palmer Lydick and Catherine (Mocie) Johnson. He married Sheri Rene Duzan on October 1, 1988 in Charleston, IL, and they enjoyed 32 years of marriage together.
David was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1966-1972. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed camping.
David was preceded in death by his parents, two stepbrothers and one stepsister.
He is survived by his wife, one sister: Linda Lydick of Lake Helen, FL; and one stepbrother: Bob Johnson of Pennsylvania.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Krabel Funeral Home in Oakland, IL. Visitation will be held for two hours prior to the service, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
